Homestead Settlement in Uściąż

Homestead settlement is the tourist compound with a guest house and a regional restaurant with a unique and warm interior, filled with authentic objects from the early twentieth century. The resort is open all-the-year-round. We offer 20 lodgings in rooms with private bathrooms. Full board available in the restaurant.  Parties for up to 40 people may be arranged for. Cultural animations with boarding in the Homestead Settlement for groups up to 250 people, picnics, art exhibitions, theater performances, music and many other exciting events.

Weaving Traditions in Borysów

That’s where the weaving traditions have been cherished for over 50 years. The chamber is administered by Ms Krystyna Nakonieczna who, in addition to weaving on a loom, weaves rogozhin baskets and bells, and makes beautiful flowery compositions of paper. The Chamber has four weaving workshops to provide the visitors with the opportunity to complete a weaving training course.

Wiatrakowo (ENG: Windmill)

Wiatrakowo is a beautiful site located 2 km away from the main square in Kazimierz Dolny which is 25 minutes' walk along the yellow tourist trail or 5 minutes’ drive. A place full of peace, tranquillity, and the sun, the birds singing and the wind noise.

BAKERY Tadeusz Zubrzycki

Kraczewice Prywatne is a place with a very rich history. The first records date back to 1412. Places to visit are:

- 1830 Insurgents  Kurgan  

- Austrian Soldiers Cemetery of 1915,

- The trenches of World War I,

- Neoclassical palace with a beautiful park,

- Museum of the NSPJ Parish in Kraczewice,

- Wooden Roman Catholic Church, one of the few in the Voivodeship of Lublin, built of larch tree,

- Churchyard cemetery – graves of AK (ENG: the National Army) and WIN soldiers from World War II.

Piotrawin Guesthouse

The Piotrawin Guesthouse invites its guests throughout the year, offering excellent cuisine and high standards of service. Multimedia Chamber of Tradition in Garbów (MIT Garbów)

The MCT in Garbów is open all-the-year-round. The detailed information on the opening days and hours are available on the website. In the immediate vicinity, Złota Rybka (ENG: the Goldfish) restaurant is located to serve regional cuisine, especially fish dishes. Accommodation is available locally in the municipality within the distance of just 1km. The possibility of using the cycling lanes and "Walking around Garbów" along the hiking trails with a tour guide.

Small Paper Mill in Celejów

“Under the Lime Trees” Art Plantation

Anyone may try to discover own talents by participating in short sessions or longer workshops or open-air painting. This offer is free from age restrictions, and anyone can find an interesting topic to enjoy. Inspirations, such as the old architecture, the landscape by the Vistula River and still life with a hoe cannot be missed here, and painting themes will remain a memorial for the whole lifetime. The exhibition of equipment used in a rural farmstead (tools and machinery for agricultural production and small items such as blacksmith goods that were used at farmsteads).
